PACE Historical Milestone

October 23-26, 1975

PACE was founded at a conference of communication educators held in Baguio City.

January 25, 1976

Representative of communication departments, schools, and institutions gathered in Laurel, Batangas to ratify the PACE Constitution and By-Laws.

December 28, 1984

The Articles of Incorporation of the PACE Inc. was filed in the Securities and Exchange Commission with the following incorporators: Fr. Alberto Ampil, Crispin Maslog, Cloudualdo del Mundo, Jr., Elizabeth L. Diaz, Carolina SJ Fajardo, and Raul Pañares.

January 16, 1985

The Securities and Exchange Commission certified that the PACE Articles of Incorporation were, after due examination, in accordance with the law. PACE was then duly registered in the Commission.

August 8, 1992

PACE Inc. filed amended Articles of Incorporation to the Securities and Exchange Commission.

February 1, 1995

SEC approved the Philippine Association of Communication Educators Foundation Inc. with the following incorporators: Crispin Maslog, Paulina C. Santos, Elizabeth L. Diaz, Nora Quebral, Feliciana Reyes, and Hedeliza Rillo
