#PMC12: Pinoy Media Congress at College of the Holy Spirit Manila

Program CHED Endorsement Last 100 Tickets

The Philippine Association of Communication Educators Foundation, Inc. (PACE) and ABS-CBN Corporation are pleased to announce and invite your institution to the 12th Pinoy Media Congress (PMC) which will be held from 5 to 7 March at the Paraclete Auditorium, College of the Holy Spirit Manila at 163 E. Mendiola, 1005 Manila.

PMC is the country’s biggest and longest-running annual gathering of communication students, professors, experts, and practitioners. This year’s theme, “Beyond Hits and Hashtags: Harnessing Digital Media to Build a Better World,” aims to equip participants to become conscientious digital citizens, responsible creators and curators of these platforms.

The two-day conference will cover discussions on responsibility in the use of technology through a strong technological support system, enhancing character, habits, actions, and empathy that matter most in the digital age. The third day, which will be held at ABS-CBN, will feature workshops and studio tours, among others.

We invite the active participation of delegates from your institution. The program, Commission on Higher Education endorsement, and registration details are available here.

PACE institutional member schools may send up to 45 students. PACE individual members may bring up to 25 students.

There is a modest registration fee of P1,000 for students which includes conference kit (first come, first served basis), ID, certificate, and AM/PM snacks and lunch (for two days). Registration fee for PACE members is also P1,000 which includes renewal of their individual membership.

To reach out to our Visayas-based schools, PMC will gather 250 communication students in Cebu Technological University from where ABS-CBN will do an interactive live broadcast.
